1. Country Acceptance & Product Responsibility
Different countries have different legal requirements.
Some countries require a physical IDL booklet only

A digital IDL may not be accepted in all countries
If Digital Is Not Accepted
You may upgrade to a physical IDL at any time
If Physical Is Not Accepted

Digital IDLs are processed quickly after payment.
Delivery Time
Standard delivery: within 2 hours
Express delivery (paid option): within 20 minutes
Refund Policy
Once a digital IDL has been issued and delivered, the service is non-refundable
Refunds will not be granted due to:
Change of mind
Country-specific acceptance issues (clearly disclosed)
Customer not checking email (including spam/junk folders)
Exception
A refund may be considered only if:
The digital IDL was not delivered within the stated timeframe, and
The delay was caused by our system
